Jessica Sierra is the latest celebrity to star in a leaked sex tape - a major porn distributor is planning to release a blue movie featuring the former 'American Idol' contestant.

The tape shows the disgraced 22-year-old in a variety of sexual poses in what looks like a motel room.

The saucy footage was shot earlier this year and will be released later this month reports website TMZ.com.

The troubles are piling up for Sierra, who on Thursday pleaded not guilty to charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole on earlier felony battery and possession charges, following a drunken bar brawl in Florida last Saturday.

Local officials claim Sierra, who is being held without bail until her next hearing on December 20th, begged police officers not to arrest her in return for oral sex.

Sierra has had numerous legal troubles this year - in November, she was sentenced to probation in relation to an April incident, in which she was accused of hitting a man on the head with a glass at a Tampa, Florida nightclub.

She was also charged with cocaine possession after cops found a small amount of the illegal substance on her as she was taken to jail.

The Release of Sex Tape

Jessica Sierra was born November 11, 1985, so her age is 22. She came in 10th place on the fourth season of American Idol. She’s been living in Tampa, Florida, her hometown, since her elimination.

Although she hasn’t been singing (at least that we know of), she has been making news, having been arrested twice since her says on Idol. The first time, in April 2007, she was arrested for battery and possession of cocaine after she hit a man with a glass bottle. The second time was only five days ago on December 1, 2007, when she refused to leave a bar in Ybor City outside Tampa. She is currently behind bars until her December 20 hearing; she has pleaded not guilty to the latest charges. Local officials are claiming that Sierra offered oral sex in order to get out of trouble.

Now, there’s a sex tape. Apparently a “major porn company” has obtained a tape featuring Sierra in various sexual poses in a cheap hotel room. The video, shot earlier this year, is said to be released before the end of the year, just before the premiere of the seventh season of American Idol.

Sierra, 21, was booked in the Hillsborough County Jail on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. She was also charged with possession of cocaine and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility after officers found a small amount of the drug while searching her, police spokeswoman Andrea Davis said.

Sierra was released Sunday afternoon on $11,500 bail. There was no immediate indication if she had a lawyer.

The victim suffered a cut over his eye, but the spokeswoman gave no further information.

Sierra, of Tampa, was one of the hit show’s top 10 contestants in 2005.
